Rashina is currently serving as an HVRP Employment Case Manager for Gaston and the surrounding counties. She served in the Army for over 11 years with a combat deployment to Afghanistan. Rashina received her BS in Business Management and MBA from University of Phoenix. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Social Psychology from Liberty University, specializing in Veterans with PTSD. Rashina is passionate about helping Veterans and is excited to engage with the Veteran population of North Carolina.
